Studio C is the calmest apartment — ground floor with direct garden access, in the Bessungen neighbourhood. Compact 24 m² with kitchenette (2-burner hob, fridge, microwave). Quietest of the three, ideal for focused study or a full academic year stay.

The living and sleeping area is thoughtfully laid out with a full-size double bed, a dedicated desk with ergonomic chair, a wardrobe, and a sofa. Large ground-floor windows open directly onto the private garden, bringing in natural light and green views throughout the day — a rare feature in city studio rentals.

The kitchenette is well-equipped for everyday cooking: 2-burner hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, and all essential cookware and crockery.
