All apartments are priced all-inclusive: electricity, water, heating, and high-speed fiber WiFi are included. No utility bills, no hidden costs. The price you see is the price you pay each month.
All apartments (WE 224, WE 264, WE 102): minimum 3 months. All apartments are well-suited for a full TU Darmstadt semester (typically 6 months) or longer stays for visiting researchers.
The security deposit is 2 months' rent, paid before move-in. It is returned in full within 4 weeks after move-out, provided the apartment is in the same condition as when you moved in.
Yes. We provide a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung (landlord confirmation letter) so you can register at Darmstadt's Bürgerbüro from the first day of your lease. Registration is required for your TU student ID activation, German bank account, and public health insurance.
Yes. All apartments include high-speed fiber WiFi at no extra cost. The connection is sufficient for video lectures, online exams, streaming, and simultaneous remote work on multiple devices.
No. Move-in is fully digital. After signing and confirming your first payment, you receive a smartphone-based digital key code valid from your lease start date. You can arrive at any time on move-in day without arranging a meeting.
