Studio B is the largest of the three, 28 m² on the 3rd floor south-facing, with a private balcony. Situated in Darmstadt-Nord, it strikes the ideal balance between proximity to TU Darmstadt and the calm of a residential neighbourhood — 30 minutes on foot to the Stadtmitte campus (10 min by bike) and 51 minutes to Lichtwiese (16 min by bike).

The open-plan living and sleeping area is generously proportioned, fitting a full-size double bed, a spacious desk with ergonomic chair, a wardrobe with ample storage, and a sofa. Natural south-facing light fills the room throughout the day, and the private balcony provides outdoor space for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.

The larger kitchen comes fully equipped: induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave-oven, dishwasher, and all essential cookware and crockery. The in-unit washing machine means no shared laundry queues. The private bathroom features a full walk-in shower, heated towel rail, and under-sink storage.
